PHASE 1 - DURATION : APR 1, 2022 – AUG 15, 2022

Project Delivery Method : Construction Management

 

  1. PROPERTY SURVEY

  2. PERMITS & FEES (professional fees - working drawings (donated, no cost); Construction Manager (donated, no cost); building permit

  3. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (machines, tool accessories, fuel). Jackhammer used for demolition , cutoff machine, welding machine, and 1 cement mixer were free rental

  4. SITE PREPARATION (demolition & removals  - courtesy of PTA parents, no cost)

  5. EARTHWORK & CONCRETE (excavation, fill & backfill, formwork & falsework, reinforcing steel bars, soil & aggregate, cement)

  6. MASONRY (1000 pcs of the total number installed were donated)

  7. MISCELLANEOUS METALS (railing)

  8. THERMAL & MOISTURE PROTECTION

  9. DOORS & WINDOWS (wood doors and jambs, door hardware – donated, aluminum windows & grilles)

  10. FINISHES (Painting 2 rooms interior only, painting corridor railing; 2 rooms floor tiles. Note 3rd room tiles by school)

  11. SPECIALTIES (school signage)

  12. ELECTRICAL (conduit & fittings, wire and cable, outlets & boxes, panelboards, lighting, alarm system)

  13. LABOR

  14. SNACKS (TWICE DAILY, PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL)

  15. LUNCH FOR PTA PARENTS (PROVIDED BY SCHOOL)

 

TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COST PHASE 1 – P2,169,125.00

PHASES 2 & 3 (EAST WING) - DURATION : DEC 14, 2023 – JUN 30, 2024

Project Delivery Method : Construction Management

 

  1. PERMITS & FEES (DENR for tree cutting, INEC)

  2. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (Purchased cement mixer, jackhammer, cutoff machine; tool accessories, fuel).

  3. SITE PREPARATION (demolition & removals  - some work involved PTA parents at no cost)

  4. TREE CUTTING & REMOVALS

  5. EARTHWORK & CONCRETE (excavation, fill & backfill, formwork & falsework, reinforcing steel bars, soil & aggregate, cement). Note – 263 cement bags were donated.)

  6. MASONRY

  7. MISCELLANEOUS METALS (fire exit, railing)

  8. THERMAL & MOISTURE PROTECTION (stair roofing)

  9. DOORS & WINDOWS (wood doors and jambs, door hardware – donated, aluminum windows & grilles)

  10. PRIME PAINTING (classroom interiors)

  11. EAST FENCE & GATE (at Tandang Sora)

  12. PLUMBING (rainwater leaders)

  13. ELECTRICAL (conduit & fittings, wire and cable, outlets & boxes, panelboards, lighting, alarm system)

  16. LUNCH FOR PTA PARENTS (during “Panagbuhos”, some food donated by parents)

PHASE 4 (BALANCE OF WORK) - DURATION : NOV 25, 2024 – FEB 21, 2025

  3. ROOF DECK WALL FINISHING (3 bays, south side)

  4. ROOF DECK TERRACE WATERPROOFING

  5. FINISHING (classroom floor tiles, building painting interior and exterior, Ladies comfort room floor and wall tiles, stair finishing)

  6. FIRE EXIT

  7. FENCING & GATE (south side at Burgos St.)

  8. PLUMBING (septic tank, water tank, pressure tank, Ladies comfort room fixtures and accessories, roof deck drainage, piping)

  9. ELECTRICAL (miscellaneous)

  10. MISCELLANEOUS OUTLYING AREA IMPROVEMENTS

  11. LABOR 

  12. SNACKS (TWICE DAILY)
