PHASES 2 & 3 (EAST WING) - DURATION : DEC 14, 2023 – JUN 30, 2024

PHASE 5 - DURATION : Nov 1, 2025 – Jan 30, 2026

Project Delivery Method : Construction Management

1. CERAMIC TILES on the ground and second floors, entrance lobby and on stairwell landings. Non-slip nosings on stair treads.

2. FINISH PAINTING of ground floor only classrooms, corridors, washrooms, entrance lobby and stairwell. Miscellaneous touch up. (Lump Sum Contract)

3. PREPAINTED METAL CLADDING to cover exposed wiring, cables, and a portion of the old roof along the entrance walkway. These unsightly elements were exposed by earlier demolition works to make way for the new building construction.

TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COST, PH 5  –  P783,469.20

PHASE 6 - THIRD FLOOR ROOFING - DURATION : APR 29, 2026 – JUL 15, 2026

Project Delivery Method : Labour Contract

​

1. METAL ROOFING - Construction of a metal roof for the existing concrete deck to provide a covered third floor. This involved the extension of existing concrete columns; provision of structural steel roof framing, prepainted sheet metal roofing, concrete block enclosure on three sides, aluminum windows, and painting of exterior face of concrete block enclosures. The exterior painting ensures that the overall aesthetics of the building on the exterior is maintained.

2. The interior of the roofed area is unfinished and without partitions. In the meantime, the area can be used as convocation hall, and even classrooms with makeshift partitions.
